Use of this website and any order placed with NeeDoh are subject to the following service terms.

Customer Responsibilities

Accessing this storefront or submitting a purchase means accepting these Terms together with the policies referenced here. Customers are responsible for truthful billing, contact, shipping, and order details and may use the service only in a lawful manner.

Product pages describe the available squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items. Availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected as permitted by law.

Checkout Terms

Checkout is conducted in U.S. dollars (USD) using the methods displayed, which may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. Taxes are collected when applicable law requires them; no fixed tax exemption is promised.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. NeeDoh pays approved return shipping for no-reason requests and for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing merchandise.

The change-of-mind option does not include personalized products, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, or opened intimate and hygiene-sensitive goods. Those exclusions never remove remedies for defects or nonconforming products.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Fulfillment Terms

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders, our only delivery market. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking supplied.

An order may be cancelled before shipment. After it ships, the Refund Policy governs the request.
